Shipping Policy

Our warehouse is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and closed weekends and US holidays.

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order. How long it takes for the order to arrive at your location depends on where you are; for most locations in the US, the order will arrive within 7 business days of the date it left our warehouse. If we are out of stock on a specific item, we will contact you.

Each order accommodates only one "ship to" address. To send items to more than one address, please make a separate order for each additional address.

We provide free ground-rate shipping to street addresses (no P.O. boxes) in North America for all orders over $50. There is a charge for some locations (such as Hawaii, Alaska, and the Caribbean). We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • For orders outside the contiguous 48 states (within which we provide free standard shipping for orders over $50), each order is charged separate shipping/handling costs based on the purchases in that order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the order form prior to completing your order.

Refund Policy

We hope and expect that you will be delighted with your order. If for some reason that is not the case, please notify us in writing, by email at people@skinisskin.com, within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please indicate your name, order number and reason for the return. If you need to return your order to us, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging and be returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

Please note that Optimist Brands LLC does not pay postage for items you return. Full refunds will be granted on unopened and unused items accompanied by a return authorization receipt from us.
