Shipping Policy
Our warehouse is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and closed weekends and US holidays.
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order. How long it takes for the order to arrive at your location depends on where you are; for most locations in the US, the order will arrive within 7 business days of the date it left our warehouse. If we are out of stock on a specific item, we will contact you.
Each order accommodates only one "ship to" address. To send items to more than one address, please make a separate order for each additional address.
We provide free ground-rate shipping to street addresses (no P.O. boxes) in North America for all orders over $50. There is a charge for some locations (such as Hawaii, Alaska, and the Caribbean). We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

- For orders outside the contiguous 48 states (within which we provide free standard shipping for orders over $50), each order is charged separate shipping/handling costs based on the purchases in that order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the order form prior to completing your order.
Refund Policy
Damage Claims: We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any damage or loss, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns, as we cannot resell items once they have been received. Please double-check your order for accuracy before submitting. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
